Terms & Conditions
Applies to all purchases of products by you from www.South-EastSecurity.co.uk, via this website and should be read carefully. It is possible that these terms & conditions may vary from time to time and therefore, you should check them before you make a new purchase. These conditions apply to all offers, quotations and sales of goods to any purchaser or potential purchaser.
The prices payable for goods shall be those contained within the website for such goods in effect at the time of dispatch, unless the purchaser is otherwise informed, in writing and by an authorised South-East Security representative, prior to acceptance of an order.
Whilst we try and ensure that all our prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or to cancel the order.
If on receipt of your order, for whatever reason you wish to return the goods to us, the delivery must be arranged and paid for by you. Once we have the goods back with us we shall inspect the goods and refund the cost back to you less a 15% re-stocking charge to cover our expenses.
South-East Security, shall have the right at any time to withdraw any discount or to revise prices to take into account increases in costs including (without limitation) costs of any goods, materials, carriage, labour or overheads or the increase or imposition of any tax duty or other levy and any variation in exchange rates. Unless otherwise specified prices quoted are exclusive of additional costs of insurance, value added tax, post and packaging.
The information on this site does not constitute an offer and may be withdrawn or revised at any time prior to our acceptance of an order. Any order placed by the purchaser and accepted by South-East Security, shall constitute an offer to the purchaser to purchase goods under these terms and conditions.
South-East Security have full discretion in accepting or rejecting any order. We will notify you of our acceptance or rejection on your order via electronic mail shortly after we receive it.
Upon acceptance and at that point a binding agreement between South-East Security and the purchaser will be in place.
All delivery dates stated either on this site,offered verbally or in writing by South-East Security are estimated and not of any contractual effect. South-East Security, shall not be under any liability to the purchaser in respect of any failure to deliver on any particular date or dates, nor shall delay in delivery be a basis for cancellation of any order by the purchaser.
It is our policy to deliver goods to the registered address of the payment card used in any transaction. Delivery to an address other than the billing address may be arranged for existing customers, if agreed in advance and confirmed in writing by South-East Security. However, we reserve the right to withdraw this service at own discretion.
Risk of loss or of damage to the goods shall pass to the purchaser on delivery to their premises or when placed in their possession or that any carrier or transport provided by the purchaser, whichever shall occur first. South-East Security shall be under no obligation to accept the return any equipment. If South-East Security should offer to accept return of equipment that is not faulty then it shall do so, on the terms that the purchaser shall pay a sum in respect of the costs so incurred equal to 30% of the full invoice value.
South-East Security, shall not be liable to the purchaser for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the purchaser as a direct or indirect result of the supply of goods by South-East Security, being prevented hindered delayed or tendered uneconomic by reason of circumstance or events beyond South-East Securities reasonable control including, Act of God, war, riot, strike, lock-out, trade dispute, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood and Storm.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
South East Security uses a secure shopping cart system and is protected by a Secure Server which means that all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted to ensure the maximum protection. Once your information has been used to gain payment - your card number is deleted from our system - no permanent record is kept by us of your credit/debit card number.
South-East Security accept payment in GBP (£ Sterling) only and by any one of the following methods. Credit Card, Debit Card, Business Cheque, or Personal Cheque accompanied by guaranteed card number.
