This customer had an old set of underground motors installed over 10 years ago and wanted the system upgraded.
For this installation we used the CAME FrogAE-P24 Kit, with low voltage 24 volt underground Frog-AE24 motors.

| The existing motors were disconnected and the gates removed. |

| The old motor housings were removed from the ground. |
 |
| The new CAME motor housings were lined up and bedded into a base of concrete |
 |
| The new CAME FROG AE24 motors are installed |
 |
| Cables are installed and connections made |
 |
| The motor arm and link is installed....... |

| ......to both left and right motor |
 |
| The new CAME ZL19N control unit is installed |
 |
| The cables are terminated into the control unit |
 |
| The gate is positioned on top of the motor arm and the top hinge |
 |
| The gate is set level then the motor arm is marked |
 |
| The gate is removed and the arm clamped to the gate at the position marked |
 |
| The first plate is welded to the gate..... |

| The gates are replaced and secured into position viewed from inside the property |
